welcome to the south side

A interesting fellow recently moved into the house in which I currently reside in. Apparently his brother misinformed him saying the house had no occupants. well it does, 3, as well has animals, lots of animals who basically have the run of the place. and there's no gas, ie no heat or hot water.
I had the oppourtunity to get to know him a bit and discovered that he's from the same part of the state i am. as well, that his first sexual experience was in high-school with his best friends mom who taught him about BDSM. He's been diagnosed as paranoid schizophrenic and gets checks from the government instead of work. His "mistress" "spoiled" him for other women. As well, he went out and bought a dead bolt for his bedroom door. Every time he leaves his room, even if it's just to go to the bathroom, which is 2 feet away, he locks his door. Find all this unnerving? I overheard a phone conversation he was having and he is very very upset about having to live in this house. As well, he is an obsessive door locker in a house where nobody has a key.
