Th Ubiquitous Billy Sly Williams

In the middle of the night I turned on the TV and a movie called "Mission of Justice" was on and had just started. IMDB description reads:
""Law and order" mayorial candidate Brigitte Nielsen is the ruthless and racist leader of a secret neo-fascist group out to take control of the city by whatever means necessary."
It's a martial arts movie from 1992. This was fine with me to watch in the middle of the night. What struck me was an actor named Billy "Sly" Williams. Not his acting so much as his name struck me. To be attempting an acting career simultaneously with an already popular actor named Billie Dee Williams. This fact gave me instant respect for the man. Then I looked up his filmography. Billy Sly is still alive and working frequently.
I just thought maybe this actor had gone unappreciated. Here is a very brief sample of work pre-1998:
