As the weather changes drastically I get sick. I get incredibly depressed when I get sick. My neighbor has been blasting music at 3am for the past 3 or 4 nights. Maybe he doesn't know I can hear it. I don't think he knows I'm sick. Otherwise he probably wouldn't do it.
