pain rez

I've been doing some yoga lately and I think it's doing something. skipped work and listened to steely dan while doing yoga. night before got fucked up and did yoga listened to kraftwerk. a friend traded me some of his pain pills for some cd's I made.
watched the new episodes of Simple Life. makes me want to kill myself. The Oglala are making permanent blockades for beer trucks into the reservation. alcoholism is a major problem on the rez.
